ABN: 16 109 252 637[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Acceptance of Booking Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Confirmation of a booking and authorisation of payment indicates acceptance of these booking terms and conditions. You also agree to further indemnify The Maria Island Walk, it\u2019s associate companies, directors and associates against any risk or action related to your participation in your walk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Currency\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD$). Please be aware that a 1.2% merchant fee applies to Visa and Mastercard payments, and a 1.6% merchant fee applies to American Express payments. If making a booking online, credit card payments are required. You can avoid the fee by arranging a bank transfer to our bank account. <a href=\"https:\/\/cms.mariaislandwalk.com\/payments\/\">Our payment and banking details are found here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li aria-level=\"1\">For bookings made outside of 60 days prior to arrival, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made 60 days prior to guests\u2019 arrival.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, full payment must be made at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To cancel a booking for one or more guests, written notice must be provided via email to <strong><a rel=\"noopener\">mariaisland@wildbushluxury.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Cancellation Terms:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><strong>61 days or more before departure<\/strong>: Deposits will be refunded, minus a $50 administration fee and any credit card charges.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Within 60 days of departure<\/strong>: The total cost of the contracted package is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non-arrival or unused services<\/strong>: Refunds will not be provided for non-arrival, unused services, or unused nights due to flight or weather disruptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Cancellations by Wild Bush Luxury<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To maintain our high standards, Wild Bush Luxury reserves the right to reschedule or modify experience dates and times without prior notice. These adjustments do not qualify for refunds, as safety and quality are our priorities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In the event that a Walk is cancelled due to insufficient numbers (fewer than 4 participants), we will make every effort to rebook guests on a suitable alternative date. If no alternative is preferred, we will cancel the reservation and refund the deposit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For additional details, please <a href=\"https:\/\/cms.mariaislandwalk.com\/contact-us\/\">contact us<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Travel Insurance<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">MIW strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to cover flight cancellations, family emergencies or medical and health concerns<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Age Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The minimum age on our standard departures is 12 years old, however we are happy to accept younger guests on our designated Family Friendly departures. All guests pay the same per person rate, regardless of age.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Single Travellers\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Prices are based on per person twin-share. Single travellers will be paired with another single traveller of the same gender at no additional charge. If guests would like to guarantee sole occupancy they can choose to pay an additional single supplement subject to availability.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Medical Conditions<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Trips cater to guests who can walk 10-15km per day carrying light packs of 6-8kg. MIW staff must be notified, prior to the walk, of any pre-existing or existing medical conditions, injuries or illnesses which may impact your ability to complete the walk. The Maria Island Walk may request an assessment of your medical condition from a qualified medical practitioner. Failure to adequately notify The Maria Island Walk of any pre-existing medical conditions, mobility and\/or disabilities may result in cancellation of participation at any time, including after the commencement with no right to refund if said medical condition, mobility impairment and\/or disability could be reasonably expected to affect the normal conduct of the trip and the enjoyment of other trip members. Participants over 70 years of age require a medical certificate prior to travel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Making a Reservation for Others<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">If you have made a reservation on behalf of others, you will be considered by the MIW Reservations team as the \u2018Group Organiser\u2019 and it is your responsibility to ensure all members of the group are informed and aware of MIW\u2019s Booking Terms &amp; Conditions. Group Organisers are responsible for ensuring all travellers in the group provide all relevant information prior to arrival, as outlined in the online-check in form which is included in the confirmation and pre-arrival emails.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Personal Identification<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Make sure that you and everyone in your group has a valid government-issued photo ID when you check in on the first day of the walk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Purchasing a Gift Voucher<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Gift vouchers purchased directly through MIW are valid for 3 years from the purchase date. Failure to redeem the gift voucher by the expiry date shown on the certificate will render your voucher invalid. Treat your voucher like cash and take care not to lose it. Lost or stolen gift vouchers are non-refundable and replacements are not available, you will be required to purchase a new voucher. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, but are transferable to another person. In order to transfer a gift voucher into another customer\u2019s name, the original purchaser must contact our Maria Island Walk team to make the change.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Redeeming a Gift Voucher<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To redeem a Gift Voucher, call us on +61 2 9030 6216 to book a walk. Once your voucher has been redeemed, our booking conditions will apply.
